"You don’t visit Pigalle. There is nothing to see. It’s a neighborhood like any other. A few more bars, a few less monuments and a vibrant reputation. You don’t show Pigalle to the tourists. You want to show them the soul of Pigalle. And the soul is invisible. It has a smell. You merely begin to grasp what it can be after two weeks of dawns, nights and sunsets."
Newspaper seller, photographer, baker, mixologist, vintage furniture expert: meet some of the talented people we’re collaborating with. Each has deep local roots, and each is playing a part in the symphony of creativity that is Le Pigalle, a subjective but authentic vision of a unique neighborhood.
A vestige of days gone by, the jukebox at Le Pigalle was unearthed during the renovation work. It has since been amped up by Victor Kiswell, who has endowed it with his top playlist selection. The system now sits in the basement, allowing anyone to browse the collection and choose their favourite tune. A whole new "underground" music scene awaits! It will be music to your ears.Come in, tune in, chill out.Musical heaven.
The groundfloor is a passionate distillation of everything that makes Pigalle such a special place. In a setting that’s both gloriously vintage and utterly contemporary, it embodies the spirit of collaboration that underlies this hotel – it is also a meeting place for the team of artists and designers whose job it is to recreate the essence of the neighbourhood.
We care about our planet and encourage you to leave the towels you wish to be changed on the floor or in the sink, otherwise they will not be replaced.
